40 years of innovation: join Tyrone International at Hillhead’s anniversary

Events | Latest News

Over the past four decades Hillhead has grown to be a show like no other – from the humble beginnings of the very first exhibition held in 1982 at Jackdaw Crag, to the spectacular and unique experience it is today.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Hillhead is the UK’s largest quarrying, construction and recycling exhibition, showcasing everything anyone in the sector needs to know about.

In fact, held in Hillhead Quarry in Buxton, the Hillhead exhibition is the largest exhibition of its kind in the world, consisting of three days of live demonstrations, over 600 exhibitors and thousands of products on display. Some 20,000 visitors from all around the world will come to enjoy the show’s unique atmosphere, meet leading suppliers and see the latest equipment and other products. This year, we at Tyrone International would like you to be one of them.

Tyrone International engineering excellence

As for us, Tyrone International will be there demonstrating our commitment to better-engineered plant equipment. On display will be our T-1600 plant, but we will be happy to discuss our entire value proposition. Whether it is higher TPH throughout, more durability, easy maintenance, or remote monitoring, we are committed to engineering next-generation wash plant that lowers your total cost of ownership (TCO) and puts an end to unscheduled maintenance and surprise costs.

Clients including recycled material supplies speacialists Kealshore Ltd. and MJ Teale have already benefited from our engineering expertise. Ian Pickavance from Kealshore, explained that working with Tyrone International resulted in a consultative process that started work based on the company’s needs.

“Tyrone took the time to understand our existing operation and what we wanted to achieve. Our existing wash plant was getting tired, and we wanted to invest in the best technology available to increase our production to 150tph with the ability to process 200tph in the future. Build quality, plant reliability and good access for easy maintenance was very important to us. After a site visit to another plant supplied by Tyrone, we were impressed at how much their washing equipment has advanced and the access for maintenance was the best we had seen,”

Pickavance said.

At Hillhead 2022, you can learn what we can do for you. Our team will be ready to discuss your needs and the specificities of the jobs you need to perform.

We hope that you will come and see us at Stand C32. To book a meeting with us at Hillhead, contact us by telephone on 028 9457 1385 or e-mail us at info@tyroneinternational.com. We look forward to hearing from you. See you there!

This has led to a materials shortage in many parts of the world, resulting in higher prices, as well as a greater strain on the environment. However, there is a solution to this problem: using recycled materials to meet the demand for building materials, including aggregates.
